Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Our estimated delivery time is 4–5 working days from the day you place your order, to every country we ship to. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery date shown on the product page is calculated from this estimate.

Possible delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. During busy periods, or because of carrier delays, customs checks, weather or other events outside our control, your parcel can arrive up to 20 days later than the estimated delivery date. Your tracking stays available the whole time.

If your order has not arrived 20 days after the estimated delivery date, email us at info@prythior.com with your order number. We will trace the parcel and, if it cannot be found, send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track order page.

Address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can change the address until the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Customs and import taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union have no customs fees. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under EU and Lithuanian consumer law. For customers in the EU, we deliver no later than 30 days after you place your order, and you keep all your legal rights if a delivery is late.
