Send your order number and what you would like — a refund, an exchange or store credit — to prythior@gmail.com. We reply with the return address.

Unused, complete, in the original box. Include a note with your order number and send it within 14 days of your email.

Refund or swap
Once your return arrives and passes our check, we refund you or ship your new set.
Return windowDays 1–14 after delivery: change your mind for any reason and get a refund of the item price. Days 15–30: exchange for another size or colour, or store credit — no cash refunds. After 30 days we can’t accept change-of-mind returns.Start with an emailBefore sending anything, email info@prythior.com with your order number and whether you want a refund, exchange or store credit. Then send the item back within 14 days of that email. Parcels that arrive without an order number can’t be matched and will be delayed.ConditionTry it on the way you would in a shop. Items must be unwashed, not worn outside, free of perfume, deodorant, make-up, smoke or pet hair, with all tags attached. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we reduce the refund by the value it has lost (days 1–14), or send it back to you at your cost (days 15–30).Return shippingReturn shipping is paid by you and is not refunded. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt — we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged on the way to us.RefundsWe refund within 14 days of receiving your return (or of you sending us proof of postage, if that comes first), to your original payment method. Delivery is free, so there is no shipping cost to refund; if you paid for a faster option, we refund the cost of our standard delivery only.ExchangesWe ship your new size or colour once your return has reached us and passed our check. One exchange per item. If the new item is sold out, you get store credit (days 15–30) or a refund (days 1–14).Store creditStore credit is sent to your email as a gift card for the full item price you paid, valid for 12 months.BundlesBundle prices apply only when you keep the whole bundle. If you return part of a bundle, the hoodies you keep are recalculated at the single price and the difference is taken off your refund.Refused or uncollected parcelsIf you refuse delivery or don’t collect your parcel and it comes back to us, we refund the item price minus the shipping costs we are charged for its return.Faulty or wrong itemEmail us with photos within 2 months of noticing the problem. We cover the return shipping and repair, replace or refund the item. Normal wear, pilling from friction, damage from washing against the care label, and alterations are not faults.Payment disputesPlease contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal — we sort most problems within 24 hours, and an open dispute puts the return on hold until it is closed.Your legal rightsNothing in this policy limits your rights under EU and Lithuanian consumer law, including your 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods.
